The Green Bill
The Green Bill is draft legislation that provides details about proposed changes to the Associations Incorporation Act 1987. It is not the Governments final position, but reflects earlier consultation with local associations, similar acts in other States and Territories, problems that have emerged in administering the Act and changing community expectations of associations. The comments collected will help change the law affecting incorporated associations.
