Information sessions
Consumer Protection occasionally conducts free information sessions for associations and clubs that are incorporated or are considering incorporating.
Do you want to know about:
- the responsibilities of committee members?
- the rights of members?
- dealing with constitutional amendments?
- liability of members?
- the Department's role in resolving complaints?
Information sheets will be available and we will answer any questions you might have about Associations and Clubs incorporated under the WA Associations Incorporation Act.
