Units for over 55s

Under the Strata Titles Act 1985, some strata titled schemes may be restricted to occupation by retired persons and their partners. A "retired person" is defined as someone who is 55 years and over or someone retired from full-time employment. Such units may not be subject to the provisions of the Retirement Villages Act.
