Please note: From 1 July 2011 responsibility for the regulation of the real estate industry was transferred from the Real Estate and Business Agents Supervisory Board (the Board) to the Department of Commerce (the Department) and the Commissioner for Consumer Protection (the Commissioner). The Department, the Commissioner and the Director General replace the Board as it is mentioned in the following publications.
