Customer Service complaints and feedback

Customer service complaints and feedback

The Department of Commerce has produced a Customer Service Charter [PDF] that sets out our obligations to you and what your rights are in relation to the services we offer.

To make a complaint or to provide feedback relating to the quality of customer service provided by the department, please complete the online form or complete and return the Customer Feedback Form [PDF].

If you have questioned a decision or action of the department, but feel that your complaint has not been properly dealt with, you have the right to seek an independent review by the Ombudsman. Further information can be found at the Ombudsman WA website.
