Consumer Protection is encouraging people who rent properties in WA, and those who let them out, to have a think about plans for a law change in relation to databases that contain details of tenants and their rental history.
Avon Valley focus of Consumer Protection blitz

Consumer Protection officers will be visiting the Avon Valley later in November approaching retailers, car dealers, real estate agents, local associations and charities to discuss consumer issues and educate and assist traders.
