The Innovation Promotion Program (IPP) is designed to promote and raise the level of participation in science and innovation that may create new opportunities for development of industry in Western Australia. Objectives
The major aim of the Innovation Promotion Program is to promote and raise the level of participation in science and innovation that may create new opportunities for development of industry in Western Australia.
The objectives of the Innovation Promotion Program are to:
- Encourage collaboration between industry, academia, government and the community on industry, science and innovation promotional opportunities
- Raise the level of awareness and participation in science and innovation in Western Australia’s education system.
Funding available
The level of funding support available under the Innovation Promotion Program is up to a maximum of $25,000 per successful application over one year. The level of funding will depend on how the application’s proposed objectives measure against relevant evaluation criteria. Funding is not recurrent.

The Department of Commerce is inviting applications for State Government support from Western Australian to encourage collaboration between industry, academia, government and the community.
