Western Australian Science Awards
The Western Australian Science Awards (previously known as the
Premiers Science Awards) have been held since 2002.
The awards honour the outstanding and groundbreaking achievements
of Western Australias science and innovation community and
recognise the important role of science in Western Australia.
These awards create a sense of community pride in science communication,
education and research, and provide Western Australians with an
opportunity to publicly celebrate, encourage and reward the best
scientists, science teachers and science communicators in Western
Australia.
