Consumer Protection has been advised by the promoters that this Sunday’s “Earthcore in the Park” event at Mulberry on Swan near Perth has been cancelled, so ticketholders should be offered a refund. Ticketholders who purchased tickets via credit card should immediately contact their credit card provider or bank to apply for a charge back. Those who purchased tickets via PayPal should contact PayPal. Those who purchased tickets directly with the promoter, should contact the promoter by email payme@earthcore.com.au.

The terms and conditions allow for a 28 day period for refunds to be provided. Any WA consumers who are having difficulty getting a refund after this period, should contact Consumer Protection on 1300 30 40 54 or email consumer@dmirs.wa.gov.au – ticketholders in other states should contact their local consumer affairs agency.
