The myWA program is seeking to help people and businesses in the community find and access public services online wherever they are, whenever they like, using any device.
myWA Alpha is a government digital services portal prototype for convenient access to government services. This is the first step in developing a whole-of-government digital services portal where people can find and access any government digital service all in the one place – pay bills, update details, apply for licences or submit an application.
The developers (Office of the Government Chief Information Officer) would love to hear what you think. Giving feedback now will allow your voice to be heard about what you do and don’t like about the prototype and what is important to you when dealing with government departments and agencies online. As this is the first stage of development, you can do two things on the website:
- search for government services and information;
- and provide feedback on what you think about the site and what you think should be included
Stage two of the project is planned for release in 2017-18. This will include the ability for people and businesses to view, update and pay for
Transport and Commerce occupational licences directly through the myWA portal.
