On Thursday, 13 September 2012, most Caltex, Caltex Woolworths, Coles Express, BP, Gull and Peak sites are increasing their ULP price by 12 cents per litre (cpl) up to 151.9 cpl.

Tomorrow's metropolitan ULP average price will be 149 cpl, however there will be more than 40 Perth sites selling below 140 cpl.

Given that Perth ULP prices follow a weekly cycle, with Thursday and Friday being the most expensive days, FuelWatch recommends filling up today and paying no more than 140.6 cpl.

Wednesday’s cheapest ULP is available for:

  • 137.9 cpl at Gull El Caballo Roadhouse in the East;
  • 136.8 cpl at Caltex Woolworths Southern River and Caltex Woolworths Port Kennedy in the South; and
  • 136.8 cpl at Caltex Woolworths Morley Galleria in the North.

Thursday’s cheapest ULP will be available for:

  • 137.9 cpl at Gull El Caballo Roadhouse in the East;
  • 136.1 cpl at Coles Express Bull Creek and Coles Express Maddington in the South; and
  • 136.1 cpl at Coles Express Warwick and Caltex Woolworths Clarkson in the North.

Tomorrow’s metropolitan LPG average price will be 89.4 cpl. Thursday’s cheapest LPG will be available for 74.9 cpl at Caltex StarShop Balga. The average metro LPG price has increased 16 cpl since the start of the month in response to a sharp increase in the international LPG price.

FuelWatch advises drivers to ALWAYS check the price of petrol and LPG before they buy.
