Fuel price advice for Perth drivers - 13 February 2013

Fill up today if you want to pay less for your petrol – that’s the advice from FuelWatch.

On Thursday, 14 February 2013, most BP sites are hiking their ULP price tomorrow by 15 cents per litre (cpl) up to 155.9 cpl. Most Caltex and Coles Express sites are increasing their ULP price by 17 cpl up to 157.9 cpl, most Caltex Woolworths sites by 16 cpl up to 156.9 cpl and most Gull and Peak sites up to 155.9 cpl.

Tomorrow's metropolitan average price for ULP will be 153.9 cpl, however there will be over 40 Perth sites selling below 145 cpl.

Given that Perth ULP prices follow a weekly cycle, with Thursday and Friday being the most expensive days, FuelWatch recommends filling up today and paying no more than 140.0 cpl.

Wednesday’s cheapest ULP is available for:

  •  136.9 cpl at Gull High Wycombe in the East;
  •  136.9 cpl at Gull Parmelia in the South; and
  •  136.9 cpl at Gull Joondalup in the North.

Thursday’s cheapest ULP will be available for:

  •  137.9 cpl at Gull High Wycombe in the East;
  •  137.9 cpl at Gull Munster and Gull Spearwood in the South; and
  •  137.9 cpl at Gull North Perth in the North.

Tomorrow’s metropolitan average price for LPG will be 75.9 cpl, however there will be over 130 Perth sites selling below 74 cpl. Thursday’s cheapest LPG will be available for 71.9 cpl at United Northbridge.
