Fuel price advice for Perth drivers - 27 June 2012

Fill up today if you want to pay less for your petrol - that's the advice from FuelWatch.

On Thursday, 28 June 2012, most Coles Express sites are increasing their ULP price by 8 cents per litre (cpl) to 137.9 cpl. Most Caltex Woolworths, BP and Caltex sites are increasing their ULP price by 6 cpl to 135.9 cpl. Many Gull and Peak sites are increasing their prices up to 133.9 cpl.

Tomorrow's metropolitan ULP average will be 134.7 cpl, however there will be 40 Perth sites selling below 129 cpl.

ULP prices follow a weekly cycle, with Thursday and Friday being the most expensive days. FuelWatch recommends filling up today and paying no more than 130.4 cpl.

Wednesday's cheapest ULP is available for:

  • 125.5 cpl at Gull Bellevue in the East;
  • 124.1 cpl at Coles Express Waikiki, Caltex Woolworths Warnbro Fair and Caltex Woolworths Southern River in the South; and
  • 124.1 cpl at Coles Express Duncraig, Coles Express Warwick and Caltex Woolworths Morley Galleria in the North.

Thursday's cheapest ULP is available for:

  • 125.5 cpl at Gull Bellevue, Gull Lesmurdie and Gull Kalamunda in the East;
  • 124.1 cpl at Caltex Woolworths Canning Vale, Caltex Woolworths South Lake and Coles Express Waikiki in the South; and
  • 124.1 cpl at Coles Express Duncraig, Coles Express Warwick and Caltex Woolworths Greenwood in the North.

Tomorrow's metropolitan LPG average will be 68 cpl, however there will be over 20 sites selling below 63 cpl. The cheapest LPG is available tomorrow at United Mt Lawley for 61.7 cpl.
