Safety and Health Workshops 2014 are selling fast

New workplace safety topics and expert presenters feature in the dynamic program of Safe Work October 2014 workshops.  Each half-day session costs just $40 plus fees. Don’t delay - book now as sessions have already started to sell out. Registrations close Friday 26 September.

You can choose three workshops you’d like to attend. Included are:

  • Contractor safety and health management;
  • Keeping it simple in small business;
  • Sprains and strains still our number 1;
  • Building resilience; and
  • Asbestos management

Sessions start on Monday, 6 October at Technology Park Function Centre, 2 Brodie Hall Drive, Bentley with one exception.

This year, WorkSafe has introduced a new workshop experience: a ‘Plant Safety’ session on Wednesday, 15 October at Australian High Risk Training, 87 Belmont Avenue, Belmont. This workshop will provide hands-on knowledge and experience utilising cranes, forklifts, pressure equipment and elevated work platforms.
