WorkSafe investigates death of worker at Jandakot

WorkSafe is investigating the work-related death of a male worker at a worksite in Jandakot on Saturday.

The man was caught in machinery and WorkSafe inspectors are investigating the circumstances.

WorkSafe thoroughly investigates serious work-related injuries and deaths in Western Australia with the aim of preventing future similar incidents.

WorkSafe WA Commissioner Lex McCulloch said any work-related death is a tragedy, and relayed his sincere condolences to the man’s family.
