CHECKLIST FOR RULES OF AN INCORPORATED ASSOCIATION
All incorporated associations are expected to comply with the provisions of the Act and their rules must not be inconsistent with those provisions.
Schedule 1 of the Act lists all matters that must be provided for in the rules of any new incorporated association.
To determine if your rules are sufficient in detail please complete the following table by inserting the clause number in the relevant field. For suggestions on possible wording for any or all of these provisions, please refer to the Departments model rules.
