Associations fees, forms and online transactions
Our offices will close from Monday 24 December 2018 and will reopen on Thursday 3 January 2019. For urgent assistance during that period you can contact us.
Please use the AssociationsOnline portal for all forms and transactions. If you have difficulties, you can use the downloadable forms listed below.
You can manage your association online including updating details and completing forms.
Model rules have been updated to include the changes for the new law.

Making a payment in person?
Payments can be made in person at Level 1, 303 Sevenoaks Street, Cannington WA 6107 between 8:30am and 4:30pm Monday to Friday (except public holidays). The Cannington office is conveniently located opposite Cannington Train Station with free two-hour car parking available off Grose Avenue
Posting a form?
Completed forms can be mailed to Locked Bag 14, Cloisters Square PO, PERTH 6850. Emailed forms will not be accepted.
