Proactive compliance for residential parks

The proactive compliance program assists park operators to comply with legislative requirements and identify and rectify areas of risk. General advice is also provided. This is achieved through voluntary compliance visits and industry seminars.

Proactive compliance visits

Proactive compliance visits are designed to educate park operators on the roles and functions of Consumer Protection and also provide a question-and-answer forum in a one-on-one setting.
