Renewal forms
Real estate agent renewals must be approved by the Commissioner for Consumer Protection before the expiry of the triennial certificate otherwise fidelity fund coverage does not apply! To allow enough time for processing and any follow-up requirements relating to your application, please make sure you lodge your renewal at least a month before the expiry date. Applicants who lodge an incomplete application will be sent a request for the missing information and/or documents. Failure to complete the application within the timeframe specified (usually 21 days) will result in the lapsing of the application.
