Contact information

The Department of Commerce has offices throughout the Perth metropolitan area, but these are being consolidated into just three buildings.

The St Georges Terrace office of Consumer Protection has moved.

Consumer Protection's main Perth office is now at 140 William Street, over the Perth Underground Station. Its customer service counter is located at Level 2. Please enter off Murray Street, opposite the Nespresso shop.

Consumer Protection's Licensing Branch is now located at Level 5, The Westcentre, 1260 Hay Street, West Perth. You can apply for or renew a licence at this location.

Both the Building Commission and WorkSafe have now relocated to our Cannington office, while Labour Relations (and the Office of the Director General) have moved to West Perth.

Our 'Commerce offices are moving' page has more information about the relocation of Commerce's offices.
