Employers need to be aware of their employment obligations

Labour Relations provides a range of services to ensure that employers operating in the State jurisdiction are aware of employment law, correct pay rates and entitlements.

Labour Relations has established a new consultancy service for small business employers, providing access to free, professional and confidential employment advice at the Small Business Development Corporation (SBDC) situated at 553 Hay Street, Perth.
