Temporary outage

As part of our commitment to continuous improvement, the Department of Mines, Industry Regulation and Safety wishes to advise its customers that the BondsOnline eTransactions system will be temporarily unavailable to allow for system maintenance and enhancement.

What will be affected?

The BondsOnline eTransactions system will be unavailable to agents, landlords and tenants. Any user who tries to access the BondsOnline System will be redirected to an outage notification page.

Lodgements submitted through REI Forms Live during the outage will still be received and will be processed once the system is restored.

Agents are encouraged to submit outstanding transactions, including Bond lodgement approvals in good time before the system outage.

Estimated Restore Time: 8am Monday 26 February 2018

Please note: the 'estimated restore time' is an estimate only. We will endeavour to make the system/services available again within the shortest possible timeframe.
