Choosing a buyer’s agent when buying residential property

While you are probably familiar with real estate agents who represent a seller in a real estate transaction, you may not be so familiar with real estate agents who represent a buyer. Where a prospective buyer engages a real estate agent to help them find and buy a suitable property, these agents may be known as buyer’s agents.
