Cashiers are moving to Cannington - Landlord bulletin Issue 20 (June 2018)

From Monday 2 July 2018 our cashier counter services will be located on Level 1 at 303 Sevenoaks Street, Cannington WA 6107.

Payments will no longer be accepted at 140 William Street.

This includes payments for:

  • Licence and registration applications;
  • Tenancy bonds; and
  • Associations, cooperatives and partnership applications.

Some licensing services may be lodged online on our website at www.consumerprotection.wa.gov.au.

The preferred method for submitting residential tenancy bond forms is by email to bondsadmin@dmirs.wa.gov.au.  Alternatively, you can mail completed forms to Locked Bag 14, Cloisters Square PO PERTH 6850.

Landlords will still be able to access information about tenancy and real estate matters by accessing the Consumer Protection website at www.consumerprotection.wa.gov.au; ringing the Consumer Protection Advice Line on 1300 304 054, emailing a request for information to consumer@dmirs.wa.gov.au or at one of Consumer Protection office locations.

Our office in Cannington is open from 8:30am to 4:30pm Monday to Friday (except public holidays), and is conveniently located opposite Cannington Train Station with free two-hour car parking available off Grose Avenue.
