As of 23 July 2016, some of Consumer Protection's client services will be located at the Mason Bird Building 303 Sevenoaks Street Cannington.

Licensing and bonds services are moving

Licensing and bonds administrattion services are moving to the:

Mason Bird Building
303 Sevenoaks Street Cannington.

The move will relocate Bonds Administration, licensing, trust account monitoring and audits, home buyers assistance account (HBAA) as well as compulsory professional development (CPD).

In preparation for moving over the weekend, the following services will be unavailable on Friday 22 July 2016:

  • Bonds Administration services at Gordon Stephenson House (GSH) will close at 12.00pm.
  • CPD, HBAA and trust and audit services at GSH will close at 2.00pm.
  • Licensing services at the West Centre will close at 3.00pm.

We expect the majority of services to recommence by 10.00am on Monday 25 July 2016 with Bonds Administration recommencing operations by 10.30am that day.

Changes to the Office of State Revenue's online duties

The Office of State Revenue (State Revenue) has recently made changes to its Revenue Online payment and lodgement system. The changes are based on feedback from users and aim to improve the services offered. Information on the changes can be viewed within State Revenue's circular 15.

State Revenue is offering face-to-face training on the changes. Settlement agents who attend one of these sessions are eligible to receive two CPD points.  The sessions have been filling up quick so please check the face-to-face training schedule for latest session times or to register to go on the waitlist.
