This guidance note is to help workers identify and deal with bullying in the workplace. Bullying can adversely affect the safety and health of employees, it is unlawful under the Occupational Safety and  Health Act 1984, and the Occupational Safety and Health Regulations 1996. 

This guidance note recommends that workplace bullying be treated like any other safety and health hazard.
