Improvement notice - What you need to do

If you have received an improvement notice, follow the four steps below.

  1. Improvement notice received
    • Do you need more time or do you disagree?
    • Complete Form 4; and
    • Send to WorkSafe – Must be sent before the date due
  2. Requirements of the improvement met 
  3. Before the due date, sign and return the compliance slip
  4. Email or fax the compliance slip to WorkSafe
