As of 30 September 2014, the Property Industries Directorate, as well as Bonds Administration, will be located at Gordon Stephenson House in Perth and the Licensing Branch will be located at The West Centre in West Perth. 

We are moving offices over the September long weekend and in preparation our office will close early on Friday, 26 September 2014. Please note:

• Bonds will close at 1.00pm Friday, 26 September 2014.
• All other services (including our Contact Centre) will close at 3.30pm Friday, 26 September 2014.

While there may be some minor services disruptions, we expect to be fully operational by 10.00am Tuesday 30 September 2014.

If you are planning to visit our new offices, there are many convenient public transport options. Gordon Stephenson House is close to both the Perth Train and Underground Stations and you can catch a free Red Central Area Transit (CAT) bus to the Perth Underground stop.
