Fill up today if you want to pay less for your petrol – that’s the advice from FuelWatch.
On Thursday, 24 July 2014, most BP, Caltex and Coles Express sites are increasing their ULP price by 13 cents per litre (cpl) up to 159.9 cpl. Most Caltex Woolworths sites are increasing their ULP price up to 158.9 cpl, most Gull sites are increasing their price up to 157.9 cpl and most Peak sites are increasing their price up to 156.9 cpl.
Tomorrow's metropolitan average price for ULP will be 156.9 cpl, however there will be 45 Perth sites selling below 150 cpl. Given that Perth ULP prices follow a weekly cycle, with Thursday and Friday being the most expensive days, FuelWatch recommends filling up today and paying no more than 147.4 cpl.
Wednesday’s cheapest ULP is available for:
- 141.5 cpl at BP 2go Bellevue in the East;
- 140.7 cpl at United South Lake in the South; and
- 141.1 cpl at Coles Express Warwick and Caltex Woolworths Greenwood and Karrinyup in the North.
Thursday’s cheapest ULP will be available for:
- 145.5 cpl at United Roleystone in the East;
- 140.7 cpl at Caltex Woolworths South Lake in the South; and
- 141.1 cpl at Coles Express Warwick and Caltex Woolworths Whitfords and Morley Galleria in the North.
Tomorrow’s metropolitan average price for LPG will be 88.7 cpl, however there will be over 15 Perth sites selling below 85 cpl. Thursday’s cheapest LPG will be available for 77.9 cpl at Caltex Woolworths Mirrabooka and Coles Express Malaga.
