Remote participants can now complete all of their CPD requirements online by contacting a training provider.

Interstate participants

You need to obtain your CPD points in Western Australia if your licence was granted under the Mutual Recognition (Western Australia) Act 2001 Act. For further information see the mutual recognition page.

Activities conducted in another state or territory under their respective CPD programs may be taken into consideration for the elective component. If these activities have not been approved and are not listed on the Consumer Protection website, you can apply for an exemption to the Commissioner of Consumer Protection after the activity has been completed.

Exemption requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis and evidence of completion must be presented along with details of the activity.

You can apply for an exemption by contacting the CPD team by email.
