CPD guide for agents - real estate

The CPD program is continuing professional development training for the real estate and business broking industries in Western Australia.

The requirements of CPD are prescribed by legislation and failure to comply may result in a penalty of up to $5000.

CPD points are obtained by taking part in mandatory and elective training activities.

All real estate agents and business agents, sales representatives and property managers are required to participate in the program and acquire 10 CPD points (3 mandatory and 7 elective points) by 31 December per calendar year.

The mandatory component of the CPD program is part-funded by Consumer Protection.

Participants are responsible for the cost of attending any elective course, and the 2020 and 2021 mandatory catch-up courses.

Please visit the approved elective activities page for a current list of elective courses and contact the training providers if you wish to enrol.
