Public Sector CSA Agreement 2022

The Public Sector CSA Agreement 2022 (GA10) was registered in the Western Australian Industrial Relations Commission (WAIRC) on 21 February 2023.  The Agreement commences operation on 21 February 2023 and expires on 12 June 2024.  Salary increases apply from the expiry of the predecessor agreement (GA9) on 13 June 2022.

Conversion and appointment to permanency framework

The Government’s framework for converting and appointing fixed term contract and casual public sector employees to permanent employment was released on 10 August 2018. The framework is made up of the following documents:

GSLR has written to all public sector employers about implementation of the framework.
