The Final Report of the Ministerial Review of the State Industrial Relations System, and the State Government's proposed reforms in response to the Review were tabled in State Parliament on 11 April 2019.  

The Final Report makes a total of 85 recommendations for reform of the State industrial relations system to ensure it is modern, fair and accessible.

 

 

About the Ministerial Review

The Ministerial Review was undertaken by Mr Mark Ritter SC who was assisted by Mr Stephen Price MLA.  The Terms of Reference and more information is available on the About the Ministerial Review page. 

In late 2017, 65 submissions on the Terms of Reference were received by the Ministerial Review.  Submissions were published on the Initial Submissions to the Ministerial Review page unless the organisation or individual making the submission requested it remain confidential. 

Interim Report

The Ministerial Review published an Interim Report on 20 March 2018. The report is available on the Interim Report - 20 March 2018 page. 

Public submissions in response to the Interim Report were published on the Submissions to the Interim Report page.
