Anonymously report wage theft at www.wagetheft.wa.gov.au

The Western Australia Government wage theft website www.wagetheft.wa.gov.au allows workers in the state and national system to anonymously report wage theft and find out how to resolve underpayment issues. Wage theft is the systematic and deliberate underpayment of wages or entitlements to a worker.  

The wage theft website has information on how to:

  • seek help with resolving an underpayment issue or unpaid annual or long service leave
  • report wage theft anonymously to the relevant government department
  • seek help with unpaid superannuation.
