Perth builder Antoun Garcia, trading as High Tech Construction, has been successfully prosecuted by the Building Commissioner for failing to meet his responsibilities under a home building contract. Timothy John Bushe-Jones, trading as Bushewood Construction, has been successfully prosecuted by the Building Commissioner for failing to meet his responsibilities under a home building contract.
