Holders of the following mining certificates of competency issued in Western Australia under the Mines Safety and Inspection Act 1994 or the Mutual Recognition (Western Australia) Act 2020 can apply for a copy of their certificate of competency.

• First Class Mine Manager
• Underground Supervisor
• Quarry Manager
• Restricted Quarry Manager
• Authorised Mine Surveyor Grade 1
• Authorised Mine Surveyor Grade 2

Applications for a copy of a certificate of competency must be accompanied by the application form.

Holders of mining certificates of competency issued in Western Australia under the Work Health and Safety Act 2020 should log into the Mines Statutory Positions Portal (MSPP) to download a copy from their account.
