If you have complied with the requirements of an improvement notice you must notify the regulator as soon as reasonably practicable. 

General industry

You will need:

• the improvement notice number;
• the date it was issued; (not the 'On' date, but the 'Issued date'); and
• the inspector name.

Mining industry

If you have complied with an improvement notice you must notify the regulator as soon as is reasonably practicable through the Safety Regulation System (SRS). 

Before you can access SRS, you must register to use the system. Once this is done, you will receive a department account number which you will then use to access SRS.

If you have complied with an improvement notice you must notify the regulator as soon as is reasonably practicable by corresponding with your Case Manager or through petrep@dmirs.wa.gov.au
