Human factors are an integral component of safe and reliable operations within major hazard facility (MHF), petroleum, geothermal and energy operations.
This is the second human factors forum to be hosted by WorkSafe following the success of the 2021 forum which was well received by industry attendees.
With insightful talks from industry speakers, practical case studies, and opportunities to connect, this event is not to be missed.

This is a free event. Registration is required for both online and in person events. Spots are limited in person. To assist MHF, petroleum, geothermal and energy operators, industry speakers will be sharing practical case studies and lessons learnt which demonstrate how human factors have been integrated into the safety management systems of their operations. Iain Dainty, Director of Dangerous Goods and Petroleum Safety will perform the Master of Ceremonies. There will be plenty of opportunities to speak with inspectors and your case managers as well as connect with other industry professionals. Process safety managers and health and safety managers of MHF, petroleum, geothermal and energy operations are encouraged to attend. What is it about?
