It has been identified that under some circumstances the mesh guard may separate from the front of the heater and there is also a remote possibility of glass breakage resulting in a risk of injury. Other Rinnai models are not affected. 

 

If you have one of the affected models, Rinnai can arrange for an authorised service technician to provide a free in-home service. We advise that you do not operate the heater and turn off the power supply to the heater until the service is performed.
