Form 1: Registration – Provisional adjudicator
Form 3: Registration – Adjudictor or review adjudicator
An application for the renewal of registration as an adjudicator or review adjudicator (or both) must be made using the form below. Please note that an application for renewal of registration must be made no later than 1 month before the expiry of the existing registration.
Important note: If your registration is as a provisional adjudicator under section 110 of the Building and Construction Industry (Security of Payment) Act 2021, then to continue your registration beyond the 12 month provisional term (i.e beyond 1 August 2023) you will need to use this renewal form.
Form 4: Renewal of registration – Adjudicator, review adjudicator or both
One of the eligibility requirements for an adjudicator and review adjudicator is the completion of a Building Commissioner approved training course. The training course provides the necessary background and understanding of the Act, requirements and obligations.
An approved training course completed for the purposes of registration under the Construction Contracts (Former Provisions) Act 2004, will not be accepted as meeting the requirements for registration under the Building and Construction Industry (Security of Payment) Act 2021.
The Building Commissioner Policy – Approval of adjudicator training courses (below) sets out the Building Commissioner's content and form requirements of training courses for the purposes of adjudicators being registered under the Act, together with the manner in which applications can be made to the Building Commissioner for approval of an adjudicator training course.
The following is a list of Building Commissioner approved training courses to date. Please note: the list is in no particular order and does not imply preference of one course over the other.
If you wish to complete an approved training course, please get in contact with an authorised nominating authority to discuss your interest.
