The Building Commissioner has published a number of suggested forms and templates to help parties to engage with the payment process under the Building and Construction Industry (Security of Payment) Act 2021.

These include forms for making and responding to payment claims, as well as utilising the rapid adjudication process to recover progress payments.

The forms are not mandatory but contain the minimum statutory information required for forms of this type.

The Department of Energy, Mines, Industry Regulation and Safety – Building and Energy Division cannot assist with filling out the forms or completing them on your behalf.
