The fees listed below are correct as at 1 July 2022. Fees are subject to annual review and may change without notice.

Forming an incorporated association

Associations may use the Model rules 

There are four items in the model rules that the association can specify to suit its particular circumstances:

  • The association’s name
  • Its objects (or purposes)
  • Its financial year; and
  • The quorum amount for meetings

If any other items in the model rules are changed, the association has made its own rules.

Payment of fees

When you submit applications using AssociationOnline you will be redirected to a secure payment portal to pay online using either a debit or credit Visa or Mastercard.

For all other applications, payment may be paid for at our Department's Cannington office or any of our regional offices; however all processing is handled at the Perth office.
