Associations fees, forms and online transactions

All fees waived until March 2021
On 31 March 2020 the State Government announced a $1 billion COVID-19 health and economic relief package. The package included waiving fees for a 12 month period for incorporated associations and clubs.
No fees will be payable on any applications submitted to Consumer Protection form 1 April 2020 to March 2021. A refund will be provided for fees that have been paid since 1 April 2020.
The application can be made through the AssociationsOnline portal. You can access it by logging in at www.commerce.wa.gov.au/associationsonline
Alternatively, the completed forms can be mailed to Locked Bag 100, EAST PERTH WA 6892.
