Co-operative form 10 - Annual report to the registrar

This report must be lodged within 28 days after the date the co-operative holds it AGM. If lodged outside of this time period, late fees apply.

What do I need to complete an application

To complete the application the following must accompany this form:

  • Large co-operatives must attach copies of their financial statements, annual director’s report, and signed auditors’ report.
  • Small co-operatives only need to attach documents if notifying of changes in their directors or secretary.
  • For help determining the size of the co-operative, refer to the “Determining your financial reporting requirements” section of our Running a co-operative webpage.
  • If any changes to the co-operative’s directors or secretary have occurred, a completed Form 13 – Notice of appointment or cessation of directors and officers must be attached to this form.
