The Code of practice Managing the work environment and facilities provides practical guidance to PCBUs on how to manage the work environment and facilities. This Code of practice is an approved code of practice under section 274 of the Work Health and Safety Act 2020 (the WHS Act) and is intended to be read by a person conducting a business or undertaking (PCBU).
