Nyabing pole fire and electrical accident - 13 February 2014

EnergySafety carried out an investigation into a fire which occurred in a paddock at 494 Browne Road, Nyabing, East of Katanning on 13 February 2014. The investigation found that the electrical accident is attributable to a pole-top fire which originated from a CCA-treated pine pole in Western Power’s rural network.
