Shop and Warehouse (Wholesale and Retail Establishments) Award Summary 1024

This publication is a summary of the Shop and Warehouse (Wholesale and Retail Establishments) Award.

Effective from 7 October 2024 the coverage of the Shop and Warehouse Award has been expanded to cover a broad range of shops, retailers, and wholesale businesses. This includes all general retail establishments, community pharmacies, bakery shops where baked products are sold on the premises, and pet stores that sell pets and pet supplies.

This WA award summary applies to businesses in the state industrial relations system. It covers businesses (and their employees) that operate as:

unincorporated partnerships
