Welcome to the inaugural Consumer Protection WA residential parks bulletin, we are glad to have you on board. The new bulletin makes it easier for you to stay on top of your professional and regulatory requirements. We will keep you up to date with the latest news, clearing up common points of confusion and addressing regulatory topics emerging in the industry.

Do you know about the assistance available from Consumer Protection’s proactive compliance program?
Our team helps residential park operators understand their obligations under the law, including assisting with information on areas of risk and providing general advice. Our officers can come out and visit you at your convenience. These visits are also designed to give you information about the roles and functions of Consumer Protection and provide you with the opportunity to ask questions in a one-on-one setting.
