Welcome to the inaugural Consumer Protection WA retirement villages bulletin; we’re glad to have you on board. This new bulletin aims to make it easier for you to stay on top of your professional and regulatory requirements. We’ll keep you up to date with the latest news and law updates, clearing up common points of confusion and addressing regulatory topics emerging in the industry.

Proactive compliance program

Do you know about the assistance available from Consumer Protection’s proactive compliance program?

Our team helps retirement village operators do the right thing under the law, by assisting with information on areas of risk and providing general advice. They can come out and visit you at your convenience. These visits are also designed to give you information about the roles and functions of Consumer Protection and provide you with the opportunity to ask questions in a one-on-one setting.
