Manage your high risk work assessor accreditation

Managing your high risk work assessor accreditation can include adding a class, renewing, changing your contact details or replacing a lost or stolen licence or accreditation documentation.

Add a class

Adding a class of high risk work to your assessor accreditation is a similar process to applying for a new accreditation. Before submitting your application read the applicant guide Application to assessor high risk work

When you are ready to apply:

  1. complete Application for variation of an assessor accreditation
  2. collect all of your supporting documents
  3. lodge and pay for your application by post or in person

Details of how to submit by post or in person are shown on the application form.

Renewal

WorkSafe will send SMS and email reminders prior to the expiry of your assessor accreditation.

IMPORTANT: It is a requirement that assessors maintain competency in each class of high risk work they are accredited to assess. If you have not completed a minimum volume of assessments in a class of high risk work since your application was last renewed (or granted), your accreditation for that class may not be renewed.

When you are ready to apply:
