All fees waived until March 2021

On 31 March 2020 the State Government announced a $1 billion COVID-19 health and economic relief package. The package included waiving fees for a 12 month period for small and medium-sized businesses.

These fees waivers also apply to Co-operatives and fees will not be payable on any applications (except for the late dodgement fees) submitted to Consumer Protection from 1 April 2020 to 31 March 2021

Lodging applications

Completed forms and relevant documents should be clearly scanned and emailed to co-operatives.unit@dmirs.wa.gov.au

Alternatively, the completed forms can be mailed to Locked Bag 100, EAST PERTH WA 6892.
