Lodging applications

Completed forms and relevant documents should be clearly scanned and emailed to Co-operatives branch

Alternatively, the completed forms can be mailed to Locked Bag 100, EAST PERTH WA 6892.

The fees listed below were correct as at 1 July 2019. Fees are subject to annual review and may change without notice.

2021 fee update

Please note there will be an increase in the prescribed schedule fees for Co-operative applications which will take effect on 01 July 2021.

The new fees schedule will be available to view in the table below from 01 July 2021
